Dr. Lunsford on test prep
My sophomore son had to prepare for ACT on a short notice, we were jumping in a last wagon with latest available date for testing in order to apply for NCSSM. So, we were looking for someone able to provide help very quickly and most effectively. Douglas was very flexible and was always willing to work with us in order to fit most of the sessions we can reasonably get in a short period of time. In only 3 or 4 sessions Douglas was able to help my son not only gain additional test taking skills but also boost his self confidence. RESULT: from PreACT composite of 26 in nov 2019 to ACT composite of 30 early feb 2020.

Dr. Lunsford is an excellent tutor. He had multiple sessions with my son for SAT prep. We just received our son's SAT score and the result was a 130 point improvement.

Dr. Lunsford’s PhD is in Measurement and Evaluation. This degree focuses on the development of measures like: SAT, ACT, GRE, ASVAB, GED, GMAT, PERT, CLAST, TEAS, TOEFL, and many more. As a result, he is able to share with students the tricks that are used to create questions as well as the tips they need to answer questions without using the formula they probably didn’t memorize when they were learning the material in the first place.
Dr. Lunsford has helped many students achieve remarkable results on their quest to achieve higher scores on all of the above tests. While working with Douglas, you will experience the joy of improving your scores and simultaneously learn some interesting and valuable tricks of the trade.

Prof. Kreighbaum on Test Prep
At this age, a young Professor Kreighbaum only had ideas of replacing that missing tooth and perhaps finding a fitting shirt. Little did he know that years later he would have all of his teeth, and a penchant for tackling standardized tests in loose fitting clothing.
In high school, Kevin scored in the 95th percentile on the PSAT and was a National Merit Award Commended Scholar. He continued on to score similarly on the SAT and in the top 98% on the ACT. These scores earned him the Trustee Scholarship at the University of Mount Union. After earning his BS in mathematics, Prof. Kreighbaum took the GRE and scored a 790 on the math section. To this day he is haunted by missing the last question when he ran out of time.
Ever since his time cramming for exams, Kevin has been using his skills to help others. From science, to math, to English, to writing, he has worked with peers to improve their understanding of any topic and simultaneously engender a love of learning. He has over 10 years of experience (not at time of photo) tutoring and developing strategies for attacking standardized tests.

He’s the best tutor for physics! I’ve had other tutors but i couldn’t quite grasp the material like i did with Roger. Roger was very patient and went over things multiple times until i understood it. He’s also pretty funny which is an extra bonus. He tutored me one day before my test and I got a pretty good test score. I’ll for sure be calling him whenever I have another physics test around the corner.
